Idk why everyone is complaining sm. What did you expect from the author? It was already obvious who she will end up with, that is no surprise. In addition, as for the way ML switched up, I think considering his perspective and how she previously behaved, his actions made sense. Its not like he yelled at her, he indulged and tried to make peace with her. And MC switched up herself, he now see’s her in a positive light, seeing that he is trying to change. If anything, just enjoy the manga or leave.. its just shocking that you came to read this manga as if you didn’t know what would happen.
No hate, I do respect that opinions, but I don’t want other reads to be discouraged to read this. Please give the ML a chance, MC isn’t that great herself, we should understand the circumstances before her newfound knowledge.

That guy might have been the one MC saw before his entire highschool went crazy, Idk but the flashback shows the same exact boy who we save with MC on the other side of the window. Maybe indicating ML could possibly be the same guy, perhaps made it alive, but became either half zombie or something else.
Because everyone calls his their secret weapon, like, he knows when the zombies will stay clear of an area, or where they will travel too next. Generally, it seems he can communicate with zombies but still have Awareness as a human. Perhaps that is why his eye is half red and blue.
