I think they're both at fault but at the same time not. The seme is not telling the mc bcs first he's mentally unstable, second he could've already explained to the mc in the past lives but mc didn't believe him or something. While mc on the other hand is not aware of this thing happening over and over again and him being the catalyst so he wants to understand why the seme is acting like that. totally understandable behavior
