In Taejoo's perspective, everything that is happening right now to Euihyun is his fault. Him, suggesting to break up is like "I'm the cause of this, I love you but if staying with me hurts you , then let's just break up" kind of situation. He's definitely still not getting over with what happened before (kidnapping) and now this happened (miscarriage), it keeps piling up so he's stressed out rn (maybe). However, according to Euihyun's personality, he wouldn't take this lying down. And since they just talked (forgiving scene), he's definitely gonna get angry. Now, what Taejoo needs is to realize that not everything is his fault, maybe Euihyun can tell him that or maybe his two fathers will advice him. Communication is all that they needed. As long as they can talk about everything that happened from the start to the current situation, they'll understand what needed to be done the most.
