You know what, maybe I don’t hate bls, maybe it’s just that I needed a story without too much drama, no immediate smut, and realists characters to actually realise the genre isn’t bad but just oversaturated. One thing I’ll really praise (I’ll ignore the crazy almost stalker like tendencies of Heejae) is that the MC (seoowom something) stays in the chatter we know him of. I love that. Although I got pissed at how weak willed he was to rejecting when he should be, or refusing to drink when he didn’t want to, I still appreciate that he kept his crappy personality in tact even after dating and accepting Heejae. In a way I realise that love can come from the most crazy circumstances—although I’m not too sure how much I would love to live such a story in real life (I don’t fancy getting doxxed or fake dating due to blackmailing as it would give me more anxiety than I already have) but I did realise that seeing how Heejae kept persuing MC (for yes twisted reasons of revenge but love nethertheless) makes me think that maybe I myself as a person don’t need to change myself—maybe my all accepting, finding me most beautiful, handsome version of Heejae is somewhere in the deep abyss just for me to meet (lol I’m just joking)
