72–END—this is like ‘to your eternity’ but if the mc did an Eren Yeager. Honestly it was such an amazing binge, not too fast but also not too intense. I’m a bit annoyed that we don’t know his truest nature but I guess an open ending makes sense. This was a very good piece on highlighting the problems we humans pose to other beings and how we are harming the animals, nature, and beings in this planet. Although I think the translations changed his name, ‘Jaine’ is such an interesting individual. I understand him but don’t really then. He’s very resilient, something I don’t see in myself, and he was willing to compromise for the sake of people in his life. What I liked is that despite all the characters he interacted with in the modern world being women the plot didn’t reduce them to mindless things nor did it ever feel fanservice, each girl, from the main girl, her best friend, and the North Korean defect had their own stories yet Jaine wished to protect each one. Although I’m not too sure I would say that he really ‘likes’ the main girl as he stayed (as afterall she reminded him of his mother whom he fir some reason forgot (?) during the start) I do think what they have is wonderful.
