tbh, we dislike him not coz he's had other men, lots of readers including me actually likes dominating and well-experienced bottoms, they're spicy and spunky, I assume that's why some continue reading this too; nah, it's coz the bottom's a trainwreck who couldn't make up his freaking mind and is now crawling back coz the seme's the best simp he's ever had. And don't give us crap that it's coz he's oh so traumatized and complex, piss off-- u think that gives him the right to just leave and traumatize another person in return? did the other character know what he went through? did he communicate? so why make him suffer like that? how is it unreasonable to want for us readers to at least make him be accountable for his own actions? he chose that path, he should deal with it, too bad the seme just had to be an s-tier premium member of the pushover-for-bussy club.
Well if this is the route that the creator wants, then so be it, very unsatisfying but not much we can do.

this is a good one, a proper psychological short story that takes a theme and executes it well. If you're not into that and is expecting even a bit of fluff (with that title and cover? lol), skip this. But if you liked this, I'd reco The Fallen Lamb, it's a recent short story too, not the same theme but similar vibe and execution.

Most likely heavily relied on it but I'm sure there was an actual person who tweaked it for consistency of the characters, still pretty bad tho. The expressions are supposed to evoke arousal but it's really just soulless- like looking at those people doing the ahegao face in normal situations, it's just laughable.

The uke literally pulled a wang shuo and dropped off the face of the earth for 6 years not giving anything to the seme, I'd understand if this was set in older times where modes of comms was limited or if he did try but someone else intercepted, but nope just flat out went away and came back coz he realized the simp from years ago was actually his best bet, too bad unlike chi cheng the guy wasn't able to find someone else more deserving of his love and is still stuck on the fcker.
And to those normalizing his motive for leaving coz of "trauma", being treated shitty doesn't give you clearance to act shitty to others in return. Does the seme know that he experienced those? no, he never talked about it, so him leaving would make seme think by default that it was his fault, and that crap takes a toll on someone's mental and overall wellbeing for years, so don't come back crying saying don't be angry yada-yada, like what were you expecting? a parade? lol
Even this development was so unsatisfying coz they didn't talk shit about what happened, the uke just cried and being the simp that the seme is, of course he gave in. If they do officially get back together but don't go through couple therapy like the leads on driver's high, this is really just going to be another one of those cliche and frustrating works with the uke getting away with anything coz y not.

I'm expecting for them to talk first before jumping into that kind of act. It was too fast and so sudden.
Yujun was easily swayed by how Jiho act as a drunk miserable guy.
You got a point in your statement about communication. He called before but never follow-up again. Jiho just let that swine to take advantage of him and be railed whenever he wants to.
This reminds me of the warning that Yujun's hyung has said about Jiho. He was perceptive and noticed that their is really off about Jiho.
I'm still hoping for a development and yeah, it's better to go on therapy first if they wanted to make things real for good.

u know those stories with simp ukes whose only personality is being stupid and a pushover and will always go back to the seme even when they're treated like trash? this one is just like that except flip the script and make it the seme instead. I was in chapter 5 and jumped in the middle and the end to see if there's some character development, and nah there's barely any for both leads, and based off the comments there's no chasing arc either, good thing I wasn't fully invested otherwise I'd just feel frustrated in the end. I really wanted a story where the uke is arrogant or mistreats seme in the past and then regrets it HEAVILY later, but this one apparently ain't it.
Ya think that will stop me from calling u out on your toxic beliefs? nahhhhh lol. If I could prevent even just 1 person having the same mindset as you, that's already good for me. U just can't stand arguments that go against ur own echo chamber coz u know yourself it's all bs; I never said the uke was a criminal, didn't even mention that he shouldn't get a happy ending or get back with the mc, I just said he should be more accountable for his own actions coz his trauma doesn't excuse him giving trauma to another person-- and yes, that should never be taken lightly coz where does the line end? the same logic can be applied to actual criminals who also "had trauma" growing up, it's a very dangerous way of thinking that could easily snowball from harmless to passive enablers. Also, what makes the uke's trauma weigh more than the trauma he caused the seme? it's all trauma at the end of the day, how they process it and triumph over it is what matters, the weaker u are the more u do the same to others.
