Over and over we get a female lead who has secrets of her own, finding out that the male lead has secrets that he doesn’t want to tell her and then throwing a bitch fit despite not wanting to tell him her secrets I mean, yes in this one he does guess that she is from another world, but she didn’t tell him that’s not the same thing when she was still in penguin form she didn’t want to tell him who she was he found out every single time he finds out her secret, but she doesn’t tell him that’s not the same thing but now she’s angry cause he doesn’t wanna tell her it’s just so irritating that over and over they make a big deal about the male lead not trusting them when they don’t tell their secrets either and then they get butt hurt about it

These last two chapters while important character growth for our saintess in the terms of like emotional realization it does kind of annoy me that they focus so hard on her bad relationship with her parents and the assumption that she’s never received and or given love to anyone even though in the chapters before we’ve seen how close she is with her sister Mia and how much she truly loves her and I think the fact that they don’t touch on that at all in these chapters is just kind of annoying, like yeah her parents were really shitty and she didn’t have a close relationship with them, but she did love her sister and very much showed it in her own way. She and her sister have a great relationship and she even asked her ninja to save her sister if her old country implodes from monsters.

Wait are we not going to discuss that neither of the girls ever switched who they liked? They both still preferred their original fiancé’s ╮(￣▽￣)╭
