As a surgeon shouldn't he already be aware of the atrocities of the 'medical' world during the 19th century? Even before entering med school, in highschool or college isn't it basic knowledge what happened in the past, how they handled patients and hospital practices and such? I just do not get why he's so surprised. Don't even get me started, Joseph Lister literally appeared on our recent prelims, that's saying a lot. And yes, I'm also familiar with a lot of names appearing, which makes it really fun

Fuck I really tried, I tried really, really hard for 50+ chapters. But I can't, I can no longer swallow. I tried hard because I know this supposedly has no romance, but damn. Even without romance in the novel, the manhwa is built as a harem baiter. I don't like it, I hate it. It's just woman woman woman everywhere, I like that he's smart but he acts like- sigh nevermind

Summary:

Oscar Sage is the tower master of the White tower who perished in the war against the demon emperor. In his final moments, he asked a dragon, a historian of sorts, to look after his mages. Thus his death was recorded afterwards.

He suddenly found himself awoke 20 years later in the body of Oscar Crusian, a little genius of the White Tower, who recently embellished research funds to buy a potion, which resulted to his untimely death before Oscar Sage's soul replaced him. He was faced with a young companion who was taking care of him, a fluffy haired guy, and was later scolded by a blonde elder. In the process, he found out that his magic output had become considerably weaker, which confused him even more. That night, he finally came to terms that it had been 20 years since his death, and that the world have developed through magical ingeneering founded by the yellow tower. He also figured out that he had been poisoned, and sought out
