He seems like the guy who Seonghyun really liked and had a 'relationship' with although they were sorta FWB compared to his long-term crush on Geonwoo. Jay also realised he liked Seonghyun after he found out Hweewon was going out with him.
The other baby daddy suspect is Geonwoo who came back to the hotel room and slept with Seonghyun. He left after getting a call but put a note with his number on the table.
Jay saw Geonwoo and the 'aftermath', Seonghyun woke up but was still in his heat state and asked Jay to sleep with him.
I gotta say tho Hweewon and that Yandere twist got me slapping my table so hard in shock..... NGL I liked his Yandere side and he honestly treated Seonghyun really well (cooked meals, picked him up from work, accompanied him to medical checkups)
