I went and read the novel so here's some spoilers with my thoughts on it bc I don't know any other forum to vent lol
I hate the ending. Not because it was bad, but I feel like there should be another volume. They suffered so much and I adore the peace they reached but there's still so much!!!
They say that the peace won't last for sure, the church failed to unite the kingdoms and the northeasteners will bide their time so all that Riftan did for peace won't last a decade lol how sad... But at least Maxi and Riftan are together yay!!
... But no kids, even though they definitely feel sad about not having kids and have such strong emotions towards Rossetta's child...
Anyways, their newfound romance is cute to see, how they tease each other :) yay BUT there's still things to say!!! Riftan didn't tell her about the whole saving-her-as-a-child shtick, or that EVERY important action and decision he has taken is because he was wipped since infancy. I'd love to see the conversation but didn't happen :(
I want to know about Kuahel!! He was so second lead coded. He was so curious about Maxi, and strangely appeared in the nick of time more than once. I'd love a side story on his thoughts, he followed the church so blindly and maybe, if he wasn't a cleric, he'd say something meaningful to Maxi... And Maxi also followed his trail sometimes, after all he always answered her questions and believed in her abilities :( Kuahel had so much potential for being a dragonian, his eyes and awkward demeanor... I thought the whole church would be monsters at some point lol since they knew how to conceal themselves... So interesting...
But the fucking side story was about FUCKING URSULINE omg I detest him so much. I don't care how you fought your brother to be part of the Remdragon knights are you kidding me?? Wasted a sidestory on a fckn simp for riftan smh...
The rosen wigrew stuff didn't make that much sense to me... They revived that old tree but nothing too interesting happened under it. The kittens were forgotten. What happened to Ruth? Is Anatol still thriving? I know that Maxi said she was not going to fight for the Croyso inheritance but I had the same thoughts as Rossetta, you fool!!! Help your sister!!! She doesn't want the old man to keep getting his way!! Poor Rose...
Also I know that the gooner allegations are rather facts in this story but sometimes I thought it was too much like... She just kissed you... Sometimes not even that!!! Maxi would just exist and the boner was already there. C'mon dude in the mountains?? While dying of hypothermia?? In the tents with all the knights? Nasty... But enjoyable lol
AND RIFTAN DIDN'T TAKE THE STUPID WIGREW SWORD... It would have blinded the audience with the holy shine i am sure, he is the miraculous Male Lead after all. A little more glazing and he'd become emperor of the continent lol
Finally, Maxi didn't further her education on magic :( everyone tells her she's a prodigy!! So frustrating :(((( her Golem was the thing that tipped the scales in the last battle she should be gifted with online classes or smth.
Thats it I guess, now I'm going to skim the novel to highlight my fav parts and be done with this. I don't think I will touch the manwha for the next 7 years.
mc is too naive for my liking, but the story is a light enjoyable read if you're into misscommunication and obsessive ml.
It'll surely be a cook off, but I am not so sure I want to see her end up with him... All i could think of throughout reading was that if he was ugly this would be SOOO bad lol Fressia is so right, he is creepy, perverted, etc

- This one is the Original Story that started when they're young and didn't include the Mature Scenes at first, and then they slowly added seggs scenes but there are still some missing that you'll find in the other Book.

Season 1 has 37 Chapters meanwhile Season 2&3 has 129 so overall it's around 166 chapters or more since there's still some sides and epilogue so I think it's around 170chap.

I used to love this series, but realized the art was carrying the plot. Now, I can't with the cringe dialogue and plot. Everything she does makes me roll my eyes and go of coooourse she did that lol I miss the former artist. I remember there being a controversy abt it but can't recall what happened

Mid ending alert!! I read seriously until ch 68 and then skimmed the rest, as it was getting annoying real fast. Came here bc tiktok comments praised this as a masterpiece, but it was overall mid. This is Harem, and if you like that thats ok. But the characters could become so mucch more if their feelings towards mc weren't romantic. The isekai genre is all about knowing how to romance the characters, but the mc didn't care about their feelings for her.
Im on ch12 but I really want the mc to NOT fall for the smug ass ml. I can't remember the names yet lol. Based on other comments, I guess this wish of mine is futile
