I hesitated to read this because of all the negative feedback in the comments. I thought it was gonna be toxic as hell and full of angst, but I probably expected too much because I wasn’t affected at all, which means the toxicity wasn’t well written to bring out negative emotions in me. But I do agree that all three of them were different kinds of bastards. Abe’s a cheating bastard, Hiroki’s a stupid scum for having a relationship with a married man for years, and lastly, Rui’s kind of a jerk sometimes.
