Hum after reading the 15 chapters, I feel like there's a misunderstanding. The second night that's they slept together, there's a warning about no consent relation, the emperor gave him the liquor not to abuse him but to relax him before they did it. So it's a bit different that's a rape because he asked him after if he wants to drink liquor before they did it and from my point of view... if the emperor really raped him , he should have not back after the first time and he clearly comes to do that.
