She IS great and she IS into problematic stories, if you follow her on twitter you can say she doesn't like happy endings. One is not contrary to the other. But yes there are some abruptly changes on her stories, like she wants to show us that things will not turn out as we expected, but it just ruins somewhat.

Have there ever been a sentence where she said she's "into problematic stories", it is not the same, and no it just does not ruins somewhat Mitsubishi
My Little Inferno starts off with a sexual assault scene in the first chapter. The two characters literally end up together in the end. I would argue that would be considered "problematic" and a relationship like that IRL would be very frowned upon. Asada is the best, but their works do not stray away from darker themes.

she quite literally has a track record for starting stories with straight up r*pe... like it's not even a matter of perspective here, stockholm and SA are central plotlines for her stuff. her art is great, yes, but she seems to give off this idea that men simply can't be r*ped or effected by it in a negative way. that's messed up stuff.

she shouldn't have to outright define what problematic is or publically say she likes dark stories for it to be obvious through her work.
Dude.
