I know he's a bad guy or almost like a villain in the story but I don't think he'd SA the MC even if he's eyeing him since he was young. The fact that he's reluctant to help in this kidnapping thing I think he's somehow thinking straight than the others. If Baekyeo's vision shows him being SAed there's a possibility that it's the Maegu possessing the bald one.
