no because at first the ml was fine, he wasn’t interesting as a character nor interesting to look at but he was literally just fine. then they made him start to become weirdly obsessive to the point where he would force himself on her. it also makes no sense with the plot either considering their past relationship and how fast he switched up. as far as we’re concerned kayena wasn’t super weird with ralf at all she was just in a dark place and looked to the first person she could find to consult to. but how ralf described it it felt like there was something she must have done besides be interested in him. i had zero desire to read anything to do with the ml and simply continued to read because i thought the plot would advance more and we would get to see more of her powers, but no she just simply sacrificed her entire life just to be able to use her powers twice and never be able to use them again. there was so much going on yet so little.
