Dan and JK are more interesting than the long flashbacks chapters, specially after the 2 months break. Author could have blended the backstory to the main story.

I wish this story wasn’t about trauma and abuse. Unfortunately this is a sad story, Seme will try to help him and he will take a long time to heal, if he heals. I couldn’t enjoy the chapter, I just couldn’t ignore all the context.

If he was so poor, why he didn’t understand when Dan was malnourished? Why he was judging Dan so much when he needed money? And why he judged Dan’s house like a snob?
