Im pretty sure you still get in heat even if you have a bonded mate. Technically speaking, it's like you're still having your period even tho you're already pregnant. So it doesnt make sense skzkskksksks

There are some omegaverse where omegas can only get pregnant with alphas, while in some omegaverse even beta males can get omegas pregnant) It's highly likely that this author didn't take the usual rule of not having heats during pregnancy.
