Choosing the prosecutor might seem like a better option because of his money and power, but we shouldn't forget that he forced our dear fox to have sex and knotted him without his consent. So obviously, staying with an abuser is not the best choice.
Additionally, even if our dear fox likes the other guy romantically, it doesn't mean that he's the better choice either. Mr. Silver haired guy's profession is not gonna support a good environment for a family, and besides, he has a serious case of drug dealing, so it's not like he'll be able to be with our dear fox when shit goes down and he gets prosecuted. And even if they get away with it, they'll have to be on the run for the rest of their life, and that's gonna be hard with or without a baby. But let's say they get a lighter sentence or the case gets trashed, im gonna stick by my first point about supporting a family.
If I were the mc, I would just raise it on my own with the help of my family and with the child support that will be given by the prosecutor. The MC was given assurance by both his mother and the prosecutor so there's no need to doubt a good future with this decision. I believe this is better than rushing into any marriage, because being with the silver haired guy is bad for the child, and being with the prosecutor is bad for me.
But who knows what will happen as this story progresses? I'll change my mind if ever the silver haired guy turns over a new leaf, leaving behind the shady business.

Why is he still getting heats when he's already pregnant ???

Omegaverse and its rules can vary from one story to another. (Ex. There are some omegaverse where omegas can only get pregnant with alphas, while in some omegaverse even beta males can get omegas pregnant) It's highly likely that this author didn't take the usual rule of not having heats during pregnancy. I loved the story and how the mcs slowly fell in love. But as soon as the setting went off the island, everything became so rushed and there were a few technical stuff that didn't make sense for me, like how an exiled king got the privilege to stay at his brother's house before he went off to Hubaek (or whatever i forgot).
Then we get the half assed chapters about their time apart. 1 year turned to 2 years then 4 then 5. Idk, they skipped a lot when they could've have dedicated those chapters to build up his return and go into details about the conflict between the courts. and btw, i cant believe the brother who was not raised in the palace, and was not introduced properly about his standing in society, suddenly became a king ⊙.☉
We didnt even get chapters about their married life and how FL was during pregnancy. Suddenly it's been a decade since they've met and really, it's likely they didnt really think about the pacing and proper sequence of events. I would have preferred details rather than side stories about the councilor starting a rebellion
