It could have been so hot with him mourning his loss and thanks to that getting closer to his step son, the guilt and the desire combined. The both of them knowing getting together is a terrible idea but being drawn to the other anyway, how to navigate having a young (sometimes immature) lover and the difference between father and son. So much potential to being wrong is the most delicious way.
