That's not an ending! Neither main story ending nor side story ending looked like closure! What is the author's intention... why why why adding more at the ending chapter??? MC discovered the Beta file by accident + ML looked jealous towards his own child ...and might cause "accident" as what happened to MC's parents! This author sure knows how to make me crazy hahah!
How come the 2nd generation's love story is worse than their parents for no reason ...the reverse of their parents's love stories or what? The young arrogant prince (malfuntioned brain, worse than his dad) x the young top scholar (abused, not mute) ...don't understand where this storyline goes? The emperor and "wife" were complete strangers, one was a prince and other was a forced mute slave with even conflicted interests at the beginning and more ...but the love story evolved and was touching and all plots are good. I'm less and less interested since episodes 144 ...and thinking of dropping now.

I understand it's another arc but it should at least be a bit coherent with the first one. I felt like the author want to upset with a "mirror" storyline which devolved, opposite to the first story arc which was from worse to better relationship. The harmonious little kids and the parents both loving couples hinted for a good start! The kids grew up separately and got misunderstood at the beginning when they were matched up again as adults. It's still good! But then the storyline just keep worsen with more and more nonsense abuse. I can't see the end could be something good so I drop this serie for real now *sigh* I haven't read the novel (not intended to for now) I'll only keep in mind the good first arc's manhwa with the parents!
Aahahaha! Finally! That young prince started to understand how he deserved to be abandoned! It should be way way sooner!!! I can't believe his consort let his own hands being crushed like that before really decided to leave.
I don't know if print version of this manhua would be available in the future but I really hope so! I bought the novel official english e-pub already but for the manhua I prefer owning print version. So saving and waiting till that maybe-wish-become-true day!
they have a print version of the manhwa!! just in Chinese only:(. I own it and it's SUPER pretty and comes with bookmarks and a cute paper stand of both of them!! it's mostly not gonna have a English version unless someone picks it up
Yeah I am a little hopeful I guess ...maybe if I'd wait long enough there'd be print version like those of MXTX ...if there'd be any editor willing to publish like the novel english print version
