Good for Maxi! She's finally built up the confidence to stand up for herself and what she wants. I like that she's progressed from "gosh he's giving me all this finery, I hope he doesn't figure out I don't deserve any of it" to "I don't deserve him telling me to just sit and look pretty all the time"
Fingers crossed that riftan will get off his bs once they talk it out.
