It's incredible to have read their mangas before this and then this where it's such a incredible jump from like great mangas to something like incredible and beautiful, like a artists and written really maturing tackling themes incredible and just articulating a tenderness that's just a bittersweet melancholic uncertain love and beauty. Just feels like someone who's really honed their craft to make just an incredible piece of art. Even just in this one manga you can see their growth as a writen and artist. It's so nice and refreshing with how so many yaoi artists who try to do longer stories struggle and fail to force in new conflict instead of relying on their characters and themes instead of just adding in "oh this thing" for a cheap cliffhanger. It's why i in general why i prefer on volume yaois because it forces the artist to actually focus their story instead of like the popular webtoon format of just stumbling to stretch a story out at the expense of the story, but when a story can be long like this and breathe and be great it's truly something incredible.
