The stupidest thing I’ve ever done was quit my job this year without backup. Took me 3 MONTHS to find another one. Talk to your primary care doctor. Don’t tell em you’re suicidal but say you haven’t been feeling like moving around, doing activities etc. ya know the common side symptoms of depression and get medicated. Also if you feel the meds aren’t working say something. I didn’t and I ended up in a psych ward for two weeks cause sewerslide attempt.......
