The only thing I remember is: some old director/important company dude died while having sex with a side character (maybe the mcs brother/friend/??) and the mc decided to pretend that he was the one getting freaky with that old dude. I only remember the doctor or whoever saying something like “Atleast his last moments were good” or something like that…
No idea what this was about + I don’t even remember any character designs. I only vaguely remember this plot point
