When I was in Middle School, me and my classmates were picking (stealing) fruits from a private property besides our school. We were enjoying when suddenly a man carrying machete shouted at us. Since we know, we were stealing, we're so scared plus he's with a weapon. All we did was run and honestly, the pounding of my heart added a strain to my breathing at that time. It was just too hard to run especially if you were running from someone hahaha I tripped too many times, my school shoe got lost and my uniform skirt got ripped .
When we got to the school gate where our security guard was situated(we're close with the guard) , he just laugh at us when we told him what happened and said, the man was just there to steal fruits too!
That incident just proves that when you're trying to run from someone, it is too hard not to trip since the palpitations/pounding of your heart makes your body stiff, your eyesight/mind will be out of focus soooo... yeaaah
Try climbing mountain but instead of walking carefully, please RUN like your life depends on it. I dare you not trip or slip not even ONCE.
