this one was interesting to read, but tbh i was kinda triggered bc of mc's internalized homophobia. i mean, i totally understand the reason why he behaves the way he does(when you're raised in a homophobic + heterocentric environment, it's obvious that you can get some internalized issues like that). however, it was still triggering for me because...well, i've experienced a relationship similar to this one described here and for me it was....disastrous + traumatic + without any happy ending. the girl i had a huge crush on had some problems with internalized homophobia, too. just like the mc here. for her it was because she was raised in a kinda religious+homophobic family. at one moment she was telling me that our feelings were completely mutual, and then the other moment she was saying sh1t like "we can't be in a relationship, because we're both girls, it's wrong to be that way" and stuff like that. so i def sympathize with ml here + can relate to his part. he experienced such an emotional rollercoaster....good for them it all ended pretty fine, tho.
