Afaik, the marks will only appear when you bonded (aka. Alpha bites omega). Which is why the mark changing into something else will only happen between an alpha and an omega

Yes bc omegas have wombs they can be impregnated by alphas of both genders, male betas, and sometimes male omegas they just have more reason to be with alphas bc the pheromones
