Pfft. Right thing please. He's only after the ML bec he's a big fish and so he could get the promotion he didn't get then bec the case wasnt progressing and all the other colleagues were getting promoted while he's still stuck as a detective. He s basically lusting after MC and using his patched up circumstantial evidence to justify his obsession. I mean come-on he's even colluding w/ gangs and whatnot to kidnap Mc. So many wrong things could go wrong there. And he's what suddenly wracked up in guilt after so many years? Why only now, why not adopt him when Mc got sent to that orphanage and being bullied, or visited Mc often at least. Smh, he didn't even visit or keep in touch w/ Mc, and he keeps going on about being concerned for Mcs wellbeing when he's literally tearing up Mc s hardwon stable life after all the stuff he had to go through.
