maybe it's time to face talk him seriously or break up, since he kept doing it ( invalidating your feelings) it might as well be intensional now. Talk is the key or break up, there's more people around you who's willing to listen. Because if he did not change in your first talk, he will not change. It will keep happening unless he put effort in acknowledging his mistakes. I'm not saying "break up already" Talk and ask, " why do you keep repeating it?" "is my feelings invalid?" questions like this, since he's dumb in reading someone's feelings, you must emphasize and provoke him. Say all your feelings, don't let it be pent up, it will turn into anger. Hear his side too and think. And then again if you receive a stupid respond, clock him ig. This is such a good advice, honestly for "dumb" people (with low eq) say very straightforward way don't even do it in some roundabout way because they can't understand nuances , so better be as clear and if it is exhausting there are other fish in the sea (jk) but if it's not bearable better to leave it , sometimes letting go is better
