I got really confused too… but think Minho is trying to hide the fact that he like seo-il and doesn’t want him to know. He says he has to hide his feelings so im guessing minho is only saying he’s wavering so that seo-il would think he still has thoughts about his ex bc he doesn’t want to scare him off with his feelings.
