I think its a manga. Basically bl where they're some kind of delinquent/ yankee. The seme was about to find this other deliquent to fight with (uke) and he finds him in the toilet. The uke was probably constipated or smthg idk but when seme kick the door open uke was kinda making that relieved after taking a huge dump face yk and the seme kinda was lusting over that expression .
