So there's two possibilities:

1. The S-Lines only exist for ppl he's "gone all the way" with. So ppl he's just engaged in bdsm with may not count.

2. The orgies are always with the same general group of ppl. It would make sense from a celebrity's POV. It's much safer for their reputation if its confined to the ppl you know and can maintain some sort of secrecy and leverage over.
