Not exactly, he was molested with fingers and injected with Cole Patrick's pheromones but he wasn't penetrated by his penis...Felix got there in time. Cole did bond with Isaac but Felix broke that bond and formed his own.
Thank goodness. Sexual assault isn’t okay but at least he didn't go as far as to rape him. It's almost impossible to read a yaoi manga without sexual assault or harassment in it so I tend to be very careful of getting too used to the ones with outright rape in them. Thank God he was saved just in time.
