So someone poisoned him maybe one of his siblings they do have the hate and jealousy but aren't that smart so maybe someone gave the poisin to one of his siblings I think the sister she feel the most malicious and maybe she thinks the poison didn't even work because they r keeping it a secret , and now she feels more resentful because her plan didn't work
