I was really intrigued by the setting and the ML's weird condition but the author is doing absolutely no world building. It's just rape. I'm not sensitive and complaining that the rape is terrible, don't get me wrong. It's just there's nothing else happening. Every potential plot point is just another rape. There's nothing else to it.
The story feels shallow and I expected more from this author. Hogu Hagyeongsu was incredibly dark and had a lot of rape but also had a lot of character development and good pacing that kept you interested. It was so much more than this even though it was just a regular setting. This has a crazy setting but nothing else.
