Okay, so I'm not defending the ML in general. But I do agree with him that eavesdropping on his work calls and then stalking him while he's at work meetings is a really stupid thing to do. The MC needs to get his anxiety under control because he's acting like a crazy person.
I understand that the MC is under a lot of stress but you cannot spy on and stalk people regardless of your mental health.
