after reading the novel spoilers, i can say with 100% certainty this manhwa is so siiiiick . it's not even "dark romance"— it's just violence and torture and rape. the male lead is quite literally irredeemable. how does any human being find this enjoyable, genuinely.

so basically MC's bitchass disobeyed ML's 3 month agreement and ended up getting gangraped (ML called the hit on him ). When I read the novel I was pretty mad, like I was on some "Jiwook should of just listened" but then I remembered that mc is a very impulsive guy, so it isn't really shocking (mc ignored ml for 1 month drinking and sleeping with women ). At the same time, I can't blame mc for defying ml, like I know this is a revenge story, but what's the point of torturing someone who doesn't even remember what they did? Imagine being in mc's shoes, and from his current pov he's getting raped, blackmailed and is expected to cooperate with his rapist. I'm not siding with mc for what he did in the past, but this revenge is just going to be unsatisfactory for ml.

I know jaekyung is trash but Kim Dan is the type of character that I could never sympathize with.

I dont know about yall but I find the mc more attractive than the ml. Like ml is just too pale, hes pretty but mc’s character design is more eye candy to me. Thou Im not gonna comment about their personalities lol
