You can private your reading manga as private in reading list like u see the optinal comment below "only visible for me" if u tick it that manga won't be visible on your profile to anyone.
i love that feature, i use it a lot but i wish they also did it for lists, favorites or even topics

What's that "follow" under topics/comments under a manga? what does it do?
it means that even if you didnt participate in the topic/comments you'll still get a notification if someone replied to it. im not 100% sure tho, but this is how i use it!
you'll get notifs when someone comments on it

Heart breaking His dad, theo went through so much. He wanted to give her (the love of his life) a better chance at life so that she could go to college, fullfill her dreams and even find love and happy ending. That's why he left without telling her. He couldn't let her stay with him. But she didnt get the happy ending he wished for her. It's so heartbreaking. My heart breaks for both of them.
Every one every character may say "i deserve to know the truth, we are in this together" but same character will do the same as his dad did if they are on the other side of the story, they wouldn't want to let their love go through the pain and sorrow of losing them in such manner. As theo said he doesn't regret leaving even though he feels immense guilt. Haebom understood it too.
