I believe it's his dad's memory and he's thinking that "you're right hyeonji, our sea lion is amazing and adorable". Author is making me cry every chapter whether it's happy tears or sad tears (more sad tears)
So heart - touching that haebom accepted his father. The kid has a grandfather now. They will visit him when the kid is old enough . Now they have a another person in their family and Theo has lots of relatives. I want to see theo introduce Haebom to his cousins.

Heart breaking His dad, theo went through so much. He wanted to give her (the love of his life) a better chance at life so that she could go to college, fullfill her dreams and even find love and happy ending. That's why he left without telling her. He couldn't let her stay with him. But she didnt get the happy ending he wished for her. It's so heartbreaking. My heart breaks for both of them.
Every one every character may say "i deserve to know the truth, we are in this together" but same character will do the same as his dad did if they are on the other side of the story, they wouldn't want to let their love go through the pain and sorrow of losing them in such manner. As theo said he doesn't regret leaving even though he feels immense guilt. Haebom understood it too.

Wow Haebon's dad was so good looking And dad is so sweet. Ofcourse he takes after both of this parents. (Young theo looks like sweet puppy seme alpha from unromantic. Oh his looks and sweet personality matches fully)
His parents were so happy and in love. They could have been so happy together with their son. He had to leave Bec of his illness. Next chapter is gonna break our heart. And remembering what happened to his mom . If she was alive, atleast we could be happy about reunion. I'm sorry Theo gramps for thinking you were a bad person for leaving them and that you couldn't possibly have a reason to not return sooner.
