fiction or not it's still a representation of the actual act... you are saying it's ok because it's not real when it is depicting a real act. whether the characters are real people or not you are into depictions of rape. The topic can be brought up and glossed over but having full on scenes of it with every detail it makes you wonder what is the purpose? we already know rape is bad but they need to show all of it under the pretense that it's "to convey the story" when in actuality they are glorifying the act.
