No he just wants him that bad. Seth doesnt want it rough, he needs to know he is being loved. He needs to know he is with someone that loves him and he has too much trauma. Honestly communication was needed. Horus needs to be careful.
I think that he's afraid that anytime might be the last time he has with Seth, because he'll forget after he awkens as a God. And that is why he can't control himself.
