I was 11 when I discovered yaoi and started reading it. Looking back, I think that's way too young. I'm now 17 - almost 18. A while ago I came across some manga I had read when I was younger. They were all awful... lowkey homophobic, included rape and made it seem romantic. Reading those "rape = love" stories younger really fucked me up for a while......   1 reply

Honestly I agree with you. shipping real people is pretty weird. Ofc there are people who don't mind being shipped with someone but not everyone is like that. I'm not trying to be rude, just asking this out of curiosity.
I personally don't like omegaverse stories at all (mostly just because I prefer cute, fluffy and/or realistic stories + there's usually a lot of noncon involved with heats), but I've noticed that omegaverse is really popular. Is it because people find the "heat" thing hot? Mpreg? I honestly want to know your opinions!
