ML's first love strings him along and uses him as a running dog whenever he gets tired of his newest hobby. MC happened to barge into ML's life during one of those phases when ML's abuser leaves him for another stint.
MC and ML hate fuck and eventually start to hang out as fuck buddies. Turns out ML wasn't a call boy at all, the only person he'd ever slept with prior to MC was his abuser. MC shamelessly inserts himself in ML's life and starts cohabiting with him all the while knowing that he'll be out the door once the other guy is back. The two start to grow feelings for each other, but ML's abuser comes back and MC pretends to find a fling in order to get over ML.
ML's grandpa is hospitalized and ML uses this opportunity to run away from everything and everyone. MC is distraught and confused but runs into ML's abuser with his newest beau as guests in his restaurant. MC is informed that ML's grandpa died and the location of the funeral.
MC drives out to meet ML and the two reconcile. They move in together in a house in Seoul and MC shocks everyone by trying to turn over a new leaf and become a productive member of society. ML's abuser sends him a text saying he's leaving for America and to meet up one last time. ML doesn't want to go but MC encourages him to tell him to fuck off once and for all, so he does.
tl;dr - MC and ML go from lust to love and learn to tolerate each others' bad personalities. ML's abuser gets in between them but eventually they get together. The end.
