it's clumsily put, but she's not stating aristocrats deserve to be aristocrats bc they work hard, but that not everything they have/do is handed to them. for example her outer beauty isn't only bc she was born beautiful but also bc she invested time and money into maintaining her appearance as she should as a noble woman. that being a noble gives you responsibilities that you have to fulfill and isn't just an easy life free of labor, especially for her being the crown prince's fiancee and on top of it doing the crown prince's work in his place
