Does anyone else think the male lead is creepy? He’s taking advantage of the fact that she doesn’t remember what he did that that made her hate him. If she used to like him and then stopped, what was the reason? And the new person is just like I’m sure she was just crazy, what’s not to like?
Why would you think he is creepy,he is like that because mc is showing affection. And some spoiler i read said that this mc is the real mc,one before her was transmigrated into her body and didn’t love the baby and ml....
No. You’re thinking of “there must be a good reason why the OG fl started hating him.” And that is not always the case. Just the fact that the OG fl didn’t even treat her own son well, shows that she’s definitely gone too far and whatever reason is no excuse for her coldness. She was able to hate her child without a good reason and it makes sense for that to be the case towards the husband. As well as all the servants knew how bad she was and not a single person was on her side- shows she was in the wrong.

The FL currently actually was the one who he fell in love with and she treated them both well- but then the bad FL switched places and that’s why she suddenly changed attitude. Apparently the FL we have now forgot those memories of her actually being there before.

You should re read the story again i think the reason why the orig fl hate the ml is because the male lead has i think is barbarian blood?? Read the chapter 14 and the chapter where the fl and the maid talk about the barbarian blood

I forgot she was also mean to the kid. I just didn’t like that the husband doesn’t want her to get her memories back so she keeps liking him. Like what doesn’t he want her to remember?
There is nothing for him to be afraid of her remembering. You’re just being too paranoid and making the husband look bad. I think you forgot that the son literally has the same fear but your not questioning him and asking “why does the son not want her to be that way?” It’s simply because the girl started being cold for no good reason despite previously being kind to them in the beginning. The only reason why the husband doesn’t want her to remember is simply because he doesn’t want her to be cold and rude again. Same with the son being afraid 24/7 that his mom will hate him for no reason again. That’s all it is and there’s no deeper meaning than that.
Let me explain the husbands feelings so you understand better:
Imagine you mutually are in love with someone, married them and had a child with them. Then out of nowhere they treat you rudely and hate you as well as your child. That goes on for a while. Later they return to the version of them that you loved, nice version and you find out it’s because they lost their memories that they’re suddenly nice again. Would you not be afraid that they would go back to being terrible? That’s exactly how the husband is feeling as well as the son. There’s no need to be suspicious of the husband since people already clarified it’s nothing like you suspect.

Anyways I did find confirmation: the current FL is actually the one who owned the body first and was the one the husband fell in love with. But someone possessed her body and they basically switched places- and for whatever reason the current FL forgot those memories she had with them. So the person who possessed the body was already bad.
