Well its alright. Im not a big fan of academy manhwa in the first place. I gave magic academy blinker a mid rating but this might be more mid. Theyre all just mid (execept infinite mage). The side characters are so aggravating, and the mc is boring. He has the nomchalant attitude but he isnt even cool. The only thing i like are the guns. That development was the only good direction this story has gone in. For an author that became a character, he has no meaningful interactions with other characters. Im throughly disappointed by the relationship with his own written main character??? If i took the time to weite a fleshed out character at the center of my story, i would love him so much. Anyways the point is im not a fan of the characters. None of them appeal to me and the whole romance thing between them is annoying. I find it childish when all tjey seem to care about is romance. I know they dont but there are too many romance scenes and i feel like the author is trying to push for it more.
Im also not a fan of the villains. Not including the masked syndicate, theyre just used once and thrown away. Just a small quip but i wasnt a fan of jane and how easily she was beaten. I was disappointed because for such an important organization, she was shown to be weak.
His relationship with the archer girl pmo. Its always hwr getting a misunderstanding and thinking he likes her. And when dhe tries to get closer he pushes her off with the same "ill kill her brother later so i cant". Like we know. You dont have to repeat it everytime.
Also for a main villain, the white haired guy is so annoying. All i know is that hes insecure, likes archer girl, and annoying as shit. Wow what a well thought out character. He also just has no meaningful interaction with the mc and is dumbed down to a romantic rival for archer girl and whip girl.
The only scene i enjoyed was when they were trying to find the person behind the missing cases and they lowkey shunned him when he was right. But the scene ended too quick and besides the change with whip girl, there wasnt any development with it.
The co author thinks his stiry is shit, but this story in general just might be shit.
