This is another case of "in a large ensemble cast of quirky misfits, neurodivergent coding is inevitable!" & this time it's wholesome gangster teenagers. There's plenty of ND-coding going on, but the strong ASD-coding for Sugishita in the main cast was what prompted me to add this manga to the list.
