It’s like you guys are genuinely allergic to a complex character. There’s always huge negative reaction when an uke sleeps with someone else, and it’s completely unwarranted because this is a TIMESKIP and he’s SINGLE and Yujun isn’t even in the picture right now. It’s clear Jiho dealing with his emotions and he’s never had a healthy outlet. If he was dealing with his sexuality as a teenager, then obviously as an adult he’d want to experiment. It’s like everyone expects him to stay pure when he never has been that type of character? He’s even mentioned he’s done it with a girl once. Like come on, the people saying they’re dropping this is insane like we didn’t read 20 chapters of Jiho doing unhealthy things.
And he’s still in love with Yujun! He approaches men who look like him. Jiho just has no support system </3

The art seems rushed because the artist might be trying to catch up with the demand/schedule; I noticed this is an original manhwa story & the ENG translation is already caught up with the KR raws. I do agree the art has taken a turn because it doesn’t have Reck’s signature style anymore :( I heard from other commentators that the author is collaborating with another artist so replication is difficult. Either way, I love this story & the art is still good!! It seems they’re just trying to pump out chapters on schedule for the readers so it’s more rushed too.
IMO, the MC just doesn’t like Minwoo in a romantic way and that’s okay. I think realistically, you can’t force someone to feel a certain way, esp when it’s been abundantly clear he sees Minwoo more as a brother. The problem is that Minwoo expected him to feel the same. I do think the ML should accept that Minwoo is still a huge part of the MC’s life, but his feelings for him differ & that’s the important part.
I think maybe people rooting for Minwoo likes the childhood friends trope & he’s def a much more approachable character to readers … but it’s quite obvious the MC won’t end up with him.
This is so stunning oh my gosh. The art, the plot, the characters. It kind of reminds me of Hounds of Sisyphus in a way with the mystery/intrigue and colors? To those complaining about the pacing: I think teenagers just have so many hormones going around that Jiho’s behavior isn’t out of the ordinary. He prbly thought Eunjeong’s brother had a similar scent to Yijun, and when he was rejected he realized his feelings. Then when you put two teenage boys with sexual tension in one room alone…. yeah they’ll do stuff. I love how the author portrays the awkwardness too bc BLs don’t do that ANYWAY THEY’RE SUPER CUTE I LOVE THEM AND I NEED MORE!!!!
