he isnt a god, he knows how to use magic. The place where he is from is more advanced and magic is kinda widely used. hence why the gift that Gwen offered to Nain was made with magic. Also in the scenes of Nain ordering Gwen around to do those "impossible" tasks, Gwen used magic to be able to complete all of them. there will be more of it mentioned im the story :P
