he isnt a god, he knows how to use magic. The place where he is from is more advanced and magic is kinda widely used. hence why the gift that Gwen offered to Nain was made with magic. Also in the scenes of Nain ordering Gwen around to do those "impossible" tasks, Gwen used magic to be able to complete all of them.

The main story basically is to overthrow the association pres.. they're trying to throw muheun under the bus and pin the broken seals on him. They also just navigate their relationship. It takes a while for muheun to like fully acknowledge his feelings and that they're in a relationship. It's a decent story.
