I’m just thinking, isn’t the mc kind of dating for the experience rather than because he’s romantically interested? He is old mentally, and never had a chance of any romance. Plus, compared to the other potential interests, the actress got real lucky to be the very first love interest after he came back to the modern world. But I’ve got to admit, she was probably the only one who was actively pursuing him consistently throughout the series (which made her seem real annoying in the eyes of the reader). I’m not saying they look good together, because I don’t really see her as the best girl (I see none of them as best girl lol), but she was the most logical choice based on my meager understanding of the mc after 50+ chapters. Ngl I hoped mc was going to stay single forever but the author kept shoving love interests right in front of our faces so I knew that was an impossible ask （￣へ￣）.
That’s a fair point. But tbh I think the author is writing it more as a romantic interest for taehan rather than experience from the vibes I’m getting but I can see the experience viewpoint too. Tbh bro was so casual about it he just got together with her and was like aight that’s all ╮(￣▽￣)╭ based on some “customs of the martial world” which is just lazy writing imo.
She is indeed the only one actively pursuing him but their chemistry is so close to none I honestly think if the other girls pursued him they would actually all have about equal chance LMAO (￣∇￣") but yes- in this case she is technically the most logical choice for love interest. There is no best girl fs, unless you count one of the grandmas but anyway lol all the potential love interests all are somehow so bland in personality and manage to make themselves unlikeable either by being pushy, delulu, tsundere, or etc.
